your information.

RuboSites is a service by Rubotic. When you request a Website Refresh, we collect the business domain and email address you provide so we can review the website and respond to your request.

What we save

We save your domain, email, request reference, received time, response target, and review status. We also use a temporary, coded identifier derived from your network address, plus request counts, to limit spam. The intake database does not store your raw network address.

How your request is used

Requests are stored in a restricted review queue. We use your email to respond about this request and any service you choose to proceed with. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list or commit you to a purchase.

Review and follow-up

We aim to respond by email within 24 hours. The confirmation on this website is your receipt. No automatic confirmation email is currently sent. A refreshed preview is not generated when you submit the form.

Retention and removal

Operators are instructed to remove closed requests after 90 days and expired spam counters during queue maintenance. These are manual tasks in this first release. You can ask for correction or deletion by replying to our review response.
